Yes, it was downright irritating!

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the ophthalmologist.
I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Dr Shimokaji and Dr Shapiro are fantastic doctors! They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
