I don't know what "seala" is talking about. My family and I have always found
Dr. Fein to be completely professional. NEVER have we or any of the other patients we know been asked for a cashiers check before having a surgical procedure. We have had the best care by the kindest and most knowledgable professional in the field.

Everything Dr. Fein originally told me he would be able to do for me, he ended up not being able to do, but he had no problem charging me over $3,000 for what he had said he would do. He showed no regard for me, my ocular problems, nor what I was going through. For this enormous fee, I received no phone call,no report, nor any photos. For $3,100, I got zip, zero, nada! To top it off, this doctor had the nerve to ask for a cashier;s check. (Must be a little projection going on!) This doctor displays no humanity nor ethics.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
