I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. After hours there is a help line to call with urgent medical questions, at no charge. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.
