Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

When I told them I was uncomfortable with my child getting certain vaccinations, they were very understanding, and thoroughly explained to me why every vaccination was important. I appreciated how considerate they were, and I was a lot more comfortable with my child getting those vaccinations after talking with them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Love Dr. C

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. My child absolutely loves Kevin Concannon, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
