The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Deborah Tom, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
