Independent Medical Evaluations aren't "Independent" at all in my opinion. They were by far one of the worst I've ever seen in their field. I felt as if he had a predetermined opinion of my condition, as decided by the insurance carrier that paid him for the IME, before I ever entered the office. I feel as if I was rushed through, and much of what I said he dismissed. He was not thorough. In 15 minutes he decided I had been faking the chronic pain that I've had for 20 years. He also failed to include in the IME the MRI findings that would have backed up my pain complaints. I'd never go to him if I had the choice. He may be a good doctor when working for the patient, but when working for the insurance carrier, he fails in his care of the patient at a massive scale. Google his name - he's been accused of this before.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

This doctor was rude, dismissive and obviously not there to help allievate the pain of the patient. This was one of the most disappointing experiences that I've ever had with a medical provider. The good news was that he was prompt and the wait time was minimal

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
