Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

My visit to Ironwood Ob/Gyn this morning was my first, but it won't be my last. I have been treated extremely well, from the time I first scheduled an appointment to the time I walked out the door, and actually even beyond since I had a need to call them when I returned home. EVERYONE treated me kindly, cheerfully and with the utmost respect. Dr. Schuppert made me feel totally comfortable with her friendly and relaxed demeanor and her genuinely sincere personality. The office staff, without exception, were the nicest I've met. The women in the lab were helpful and considerate, as well. I knew I had found the right place when, knowing I had a concern, the person who schedules the appointments made an effort to schedule me at the earliest possible date, and called me a couple days later happy to tell me that she had managed to schedule me even sooner! I am someone who does not like to go to the doctor and do so only when absolutely necessary, so for me to feel that the experience was positive is really saying something. And my experience at Ironwood Ob/Gyn was definitely a positive one! By the way, I chose this clinic based on comments I read on-line, and I'm glad I did.
