I would not recommend this doctor. I came to her after a miscarriage with my second pregnancy. I told her and her nurses several times that I was having symptoms so severe I could not function. I was ignored until I was in the hospital nearing kidney failure and possible death. I am not exaggerating here. The staff at the arrowhead and Eugie offices are completely rude. wait time was over 30 minutes at each visit and I got maybe 5 minutes with Dr.Oehler. I never had a chance to ask questions or get answers. I also never received results on various labs that were run, even after asking several times. The lack of respect and listening skills was appalling. Please reconsider your choice in doctor for your pregnancy.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
