The guy is a complete jerk.
My wife was referred to him because of neck pain. He told her what do you expect, you have an 81 year old body. Then he said if you ever fall and break a hip, you will never walk again.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
