Cutting edge surgeon. Does dbs and is excellent. I know i had this surgery don in oct of 2013.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

They were friendly and made me feel at home. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Dr. Norton removed a ruptured AVM from my left frontal lobe of my brain after a stroke. He did an amazing job of which I truly owe him my happiness and current successes. It is with great confidence I recommend him, not only for his expertise but for his bedside manner and approach to patients. I feel so lucky to have had him as my life savor. My surgery was at TMC in 2011. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and on time. I have never waited more than 10 mins for an appointment.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr Norton gave me a better life after removing a tumor from my brian hidding behind my right eye back in December 1989. With Dr Nortons magic fingers i have been seizure free since December 31, 1989 and off all medication since June 30, 1991
