They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
