They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
