The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
