Only about 4minutes waiting time. Very thorough exam and pre-exam visit reviewing medical records and medications. Second visit going over lab reports,etc. was 45 minutes long! Most time I've ever received from a doctor in one visit. Staff is courteous and returns calls very quickly. All were introduced on first visit. Another medical first!

Dr. Maxwell is very personal and low-key. Answers questions well.

His group uses the a web Patient Portal which is very helpful.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
