When I first went to this practice several years ago, I was impressed with the personal care Dr, Gerace provided. But now, the practice is staffed with students and staff that don't seem to be trained to deal with actual patients. The specialty of this practice seems to be to refer patients to other doctors and facilities which, of course, just increase the expenses of getting needed care. In essence, In my opinion Allcare is just a referral service which adds to the cost of medical care for patients. When going in for an appointment, one is lucky to have three minutes with Dr. Gerace, but given the effectiveness of those three minutes, it is just as well.

One of her referrals resulted in damage to my body by a procedure which is not reversible, and has resulted in severe degradation to my quality of life.

In my opinion, this practice is no longer a medical facility but just a referral service to other practices which may or not be of benefit to the patient.

Dr. Gerace and her office are always professional and courteous. AllCare is a walk in Facility, which means I can been seen six days a week with or without an appointment. AllCare also has lab and x-ray on site. My Cardiologist also works out of this office. I would strongly recommend Dr. Gerace and AllCare.

Dr. Gerace was very attentive with my healthcare needs. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were so kind and attentive to me. They definitely care about patient comfort because they had a very clean waiting room. The waiting room here is spacious. The doctor was very helpful when reviewing my test results

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
