The waiting room here is spacious. I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Parking is very convenient, right at the entrance.
Dr. Packer is a gem! He listens carefully and asks pertinent questions. He uses a tablet computer to access your past records and update your history, which can avoid mistakes other doctors can make, like, "Oh yes, you're diabetic aren't you?"
At the end of your visit, he usually jots down instructions, including how to take any new prescriptions and any diet, exercise or other recommendations discussed, and hands them to you on a little slip. This in invaluable! All doctors should do this!
My wife changed her insurance so she could go back to Dr. Packer.
Dr. Packer stays current on medical developments; he's always ahead of the last thing we've googled. His manner is cordial but not effusive. He provides highly professional medical expertise, which is why you go to the doctor.
