Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Dr Schimke is so sweet, great bedside manners. He is great at his job, referring me out when needed and very up to date with new findings in the medical field.
