Dr Shah is a excellent doctor. He is very sharp. He diagonosed my mother just by looking at her. I am very thankful to him. He is very kind. Northwest valley medical service is a excellent place. You will not find them less than 100%.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The business is in one of the safest areas.. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
