He was my doctor while growing up in Scottsdale in the 60s & 70s. I always wondered if he was still practicing.

Dr Dowling is the best doctor I have ever known. He was my family doctor when I was growing up, plus he was the pcp for my children for a while, until our Insurance changed. The best!
