I had a urgent need for a ear surgery and I was passed from receptionist to other non-listening person and on hold for over 10 minutes and they still refused to get the message to the dr. or show the compassion they were noted for. I may end up losing my hearing or having the infection spread to my brain because I made the mistake of choosing this office as my PCP and a dr. only seeing me once for 15-20 minutes and thinking he knows more about me than an ENT. How sad.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
