The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Dr Carrington is great as a physician. But I can never get my free yearly well visit because the visit isn't coded correctly.
The front office doesn't get back to me when they say they will. I've had to pay extra for prescriptions because the office didn't fax it to my mail order supplier until I had run out.
I usually get put on hold when I call. They would probably be better at followup and service if they had more help.
But all in all, I would recommend Dr. Carrington to others.
With the problems I've had with prescription renewals, I won't be paying the extra $1500/yr to stay with Dr. Carrington.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone after a short wait. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always return my phone calls same day. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the good waiting room chairs. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. The waiting area here is spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
