this Dr. misdiagnosed me twice within 5 minutes. He said I had bipolar disorder and hypothyroidism. mind you he did all this before knowing any of my medical history or looking at any of the lab work i had done over the last 4 years or ordering new labs.
I actually have white coat syndrome ( a fear of medical staff offices procedures) He was completely unsympathetic to my fear and aggravated it. he was very gruff and not the best bedside manner. I get he was very argumentative and condescending.
I spoke with a therapist after his diagnosis. She explained I DO NOT HAVE bipolar disorder and further explained to me the medical community had recently expanded what bipolar disorder was and so now many medical Drs. are misdiagnosing patients. like ADD on the 80's
my labs came back normal for the thyroid. no medication necessary. no hyperthyroidism.
This DR would have had me on several unnecessary medications for medical conditions I do not have! DANGEROUS DR.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Avoid. The doctor was alright but his staff was horrible. Manager "Debbie", his wife lost paperwork frequently, including a request for records to be sent to my new doctor. When I called her on it, she was completely nasty to me on the phone. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers were never put first here. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed to care more about themselves. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were, especially Debbie. In fact, even one of the nurses said she was ready to be out of there.

Dr Kiefer kept me waiting an hour for both of my appointments - awful manner and his nurse snapped at my when asked for a larger blood pressure cuff and refused to get it.

Dr Keifer totally dismissed my concerns as "nonsense"
