Dr. Copeland is the best physician I have encountered. She is always willing to work with me and my crazy schedule. She has literally saved my life when other physicians have dismissed lab results as being, "...probably the way the lab drew the blood..." Dr. Copeland is courteous, astute, intuitive, bright, and knowledgeable in many areas of medicine, which makes her a superb Family Practice M.D.
Her staff is very nice and attentive. Since I spend more time with Dr. Copeland than her staff, most of my comments are based on her.

The physician made sure every single question I had was answered. She made herself available if I needed further direction / questions answered. The staff is typically very friendly and professional; however, Banner has made some recent changes and did not notify me regarding Dr. Copeland's change with hospital / clinic affiliations. This bothered me because I felt like Banner was more concerned with my return than with my satisfaction and care. I will be following Dr. Copeland to her new facility. Dr. Copeland is progressive in her treatment. I rarely encounter this level of treatement anymore due to insurance companies circulating door policy. Dr. Copeland suggested books that I could read after assessing my knowledge base. All my questions were answered, and as long as I am able to continue with Dr. Copeland, I feel confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return to see Dr. Copeland. Her knowledge, care, and experience leaves me feeling that she is by far the best physician I've ever seen.
