The doctor paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. However the organization and scheduling of the office is awful. It is not uncommon to go in 1 to 2 hours AFTER your scheduled appointment. They schedule way too many patients for the time Freberg spends with each. They also do not respond to requests for refills in a timely fashion. Request went in last Wed... still not approved as of following Tuesday. They also take forever (two weeks) to provide a referal. They are totally overwhelmed with the numbers of people that want to talk the doctors ear off. If you have nothing else to do all day, and have a good book to read... maybe he is worth it.

Dr. Freberg is one of the best, most compasionate and informed doctors I know. He treats each person as an individual - and addresses any of our family's medical concerns with validity, patience and understanding. He takes the time to get to the root of the problem... He is not a doctor that treats his patients like a number - nor does he, do the all too common, put a "band-aide" on the symptom. He really listens to my concerns - and conciders my opinons as a mother when it involves one of my kids... He tries to think outside the box - Overall, his knowledge through experience and education gives him great insight, lending to what makes him a great doctor - he doesnt limit himself to what medical textbooks use to reference common symptoms - he uses (for its intended purpose) to understand the disease or medical condition & not the person.

If a doctor is "vested" in the company where he practices, don't you think he would have his hands on what's going on in the office. Due to "extremely" POOR staffing, Dr. Freberg should not be the doctor to choose for your primary care physician. If he can't run his office than he can't take care of patients.
