The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.

This sorry excuse for a doctor read my blood test results wrong, which caused me to have to pay more than $400.00 of unnecessary, out-of-pocket medical expenses. He adamantly refused to admit he was wrong and even lied to his office manager about certain parts of the visits, including a prescription and a referral to a specialist. He has still failed to call me back and give me the follow-up lab results since February of 2012, and no one in the office or billing will even return my calls now. Save your health, time, and money and do not go to Dr. Manzanaers.
