Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

At one point I stopped seeing Dr. Beneze because of the office staff. Then I started hearing he had improved the front desk and customer service and I immediately wanted to go back. He is the best doctor I've had in this area. He is always patient enough to answer all my questions and takes the time to make sure I understand. This above all is what I look for in a good doctor. Now that I no longer have problems with dropped appointements like I used to way back then (years ago), I can't think of going to any other office.
