Terrible experience! Avoid at all costs!

I arrived at the dark and dingy clinic 20 minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out paperwork. The receptionist was rude and abrupt. Speaking to her through a thick plate of glass that surrounded the reception desk didn't create warm fuzzy feelings in me either. I was seen about 70 minutes after my actual appointment time, which I was the first appointment scheduled for the day. I watched several people who came in after me go into the back and complete their appointment before I was even seen.

By the time I was called back, my doctor was in a meeting and I saw his nurse. He never said a word unless prompted (mind you, I was here for a yearly physical (new client) AND a well-women's exam). I never saw my doctor, whom I had scheduled an appointment with. I will say that the nurse assistants were nice, but seemed overworked, even this early in the morning.

I requested refills for several current prescriptions and when I walked out of the clinic with my handful of papers, none of the scripts had been written. When I went back in, the receptionist accused me of not having asked for the prescriptions and told me it was my fault.

The phlebotomist mentioned that I would be called if my blood work was abnormal. I received a phone call from the clinic, but they refused to tell me any information over the phone, citing HIPPA. They said I had to come in, pay an exam fee, and talk to someone in person. Really?

Overall the experience has me pissed off and I'm not going back. If you want to waste your time, increase your blood pressure, and spend the rest of the day in a bad mood - go for it. If not, there are plenty of other doctors out there. By the way, I can take my dog to the vet for a yearly exam, blood work, x-rays, vaccines, etc and be in and out in 30-40 minutes. Just saying.

Note: This is a review of the clinic. Since I never actually met Dr. Lewis, I can't comment on how good he is. I just know he hires crappy people.

This was the worst exam, the worst xrays and treatment I have ever had. Waste of time and insurance money. Don't expect to see a Doctor. What a disappointing experience.

They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I've been a patient for many years,they don't treat you like your a well known client,actually they treat the newer clients better.The waiting time to be seen is ridiculous,i will honestly say that you will be there for 2 to 3 hrs.Also when you have an appointment they never commit to the appointment time,they see the client that have a later appointment before they see the client who actually have an appointment at that time.And they stop taking walk-ins which is a horrible thing 2 do!Anyway they really need to improve on there services that they provide to people because it has to be a better solution to there errors.And also its 1 particular medical assistant up there that has to realize that,her title only reads medical assistant not Doctor or Nurse,she take it to another level and it isn't serving her any purpose.Dr.Lewis should have an in service meeting on how the MA should present themselves and understand there position as just that.Oh and i fell to mention about the office being so overly booked,if they have that many clients that has to be seen they have to be more prompt than they are,they are extremely slow!But overall they can stand some perfection.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. And they won't call you back. My medicine been trying to get aproved si nce December 31, 2010. Today is 04/01/2011. They say they can't help you untill all the patients are out of their office and they still will not help you. They fogot you were a patient that was their before they were. Dr Lewis is goog but his staff isn't. Not professional at all. Talking with other patients they feel the same way. That's why he is losing his patients.
