They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. After being grossly unsatisfied with several family practice doctors in town, I strongly believe this one is the best. Dr. John Hines will take care of you!
