Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I noticed that the waiting room chairs were pretty average at this office. Nothing too luxurious but not bad. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
