Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Never, they are very reliable.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I did really like Dr. and Cindy. Problem now is they have new offices and no longer take medicaid (AHCCCS) altho the site for them states they do. Sad, as he is one of few doctors that actually listen to you and work with you as another human being.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
