It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
