They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They don't use foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
