Consumer Feedback

(1 Review)
1) Dr. Goldstein acts senile, repeatedly asking the same questions and ignoring the response.

2) The expensive allergy tests Dr. Goldstein performs yield results that are totally inconsistent with symptoms, thus belying any potential for accuracy.

3) Office staff are rude and enjoy wasting the patient's time. For example, rather than enter a simple (one line) change to insurance data into their computer system, they force the patient to fill out four-pages of forms, which they then try to type manually into the computer, making additional errors in the process.

4) Despite being contracted (preferred, network) providers with a number of insurance plans, and accepting Medicare assignment, Dr. Goldstein's billing department doesn't know (or doesn't want to know) how to properly bill insurance. As a result, their claims are rejected, and (in direct violation of their contract with the various insurance companies and Medicare) they bill the patient for their errors.

5) Billing then refuses to respond to letters and faxes explaining the error, and requesting they correct it. It's easier to illegally bill the patient, and (if he doesn't pay a debt that is not due) turn them over to a collection agency, and move on to the next sucker.

Summary: If you want bad medical service, rude and time-wasting office staff, and to pay for amounts that should be covered by insurance, Dr. Goldstein is your man!
