While there was no wait I quickly realized why. She is obviously burned out. After we had been to see her I had to repeatedly call her office to ask her to refer my mom to a physical therapist. I finally gave up and got another doctor to refer. Then after 3 months, once we didn't need it any longer, she finally referred and then charged $25. She would not return my phone calls but offered to talk with me if I made an appointment again and paid for the office visit. She needs to retire.

Could not get results for tests that I had paid for. Lizabeth Hardon, MD wanted me to come in again so she could charge Medicare and First Family Community for another visit when the test results should have been available over the phone since they had been paid for. She works the system to her advantage. Changed to a reputable doctor.

3 tries and I gave up and changed family doctors. Could NOT get results on blood work, chest x-rays, urinalysis, etc. which "I" paid for. She wanted me to come in again so Medicare and my supplement would pay her again, I guess. Well I signed a release and had EVERYTHING sent to a new doctor.

I would NOT recommend this facility/doctor.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
