I have used Dr. Carpenter for many years. He treated my husband and children as well. When my husband was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer and admitted to St. Vincent's Hosp in B'ham, Dr. Carpenter would call me on my cell phone to ask about him. He stayed in close contact with his Birmingham doctors and was there to answer any questions I had. I continue to see him, would never consider using another doctor. He definitely goes above and beyond what I would ever expect of a doctor!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
