Such a wonderful Physician! Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. Never at any point did I feel rushed or not understood! I was made to feel very comfortable and I am truly happy I have chosen Dr. Harden. The staff was very polite and helpful in every way!

My mother and I have been going to Dr.harden for years. He is so smart and personable. The staff is also very nice and knowledgeable.

No, there was no annoying music

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

the staff for this year, front desk, billing , are terrible. The are incompetent and over charged me then when I got a bill in the mail brought it to their attention and still 3 months later was not fixed........they even charged my wife for an appointment she never had....we discussed w/ Dana 3 times and was told 3 times it would be fixed and we owed no money, then we see it on our TRW....still working on this mess for 1.5 years.....The Dr. is fantastic but his staff are rude. I went there to just get lab work my specialist ordered and they for got m in the waiting room for 50 min until I stood up and asked how much longer and the remembered I was there.....I asked the lab tech Ms. Lisa if she was busy and she said no so I asked if there was a reason I had to wait so long and she said no ..........the staff did not fax or contact my specialist of the results after they were the over 1.5 weeks I know because I saw the return date of the results from my specialist.....

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
