They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered and try another doctor. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. The nurse was very knowledgeable and asked great questions to understand my history. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The doctor did not spend much time in the office at all and brushed off my concerns. He then ordered tests that I have already had done. He did have a great bedside manner though. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
