I have been going to Dr. Toland for several years and I have never had any complaints. There are hardly any times that I have had to wait very long to see the doctor. If there is anything negative about the office, it would be the way in which Huntsville Hospital makes them handle the office now. Before they took over, it was much more organized and you didn't have to tell each person you saw your name and birthdate. That does get old. If they are that worried about doctoring the wrong person then maybe they should give us a bracelet when we enter. Nonetheless, great doctor and staff!!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
