They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist recommend surgery too quickly?
Not at all, I was given several other options to try first
