I will never return to this place. Sad thing is the doctor is very nice and caring however his staff is rude, thoughtless and lazy. Every appt that was made to do test etc. Ones that weren't done by him directly but his staff. They called and changed a few different times. Every time was because so and so is off for a few days or she won't be In this week can we change your appt. I obliged even though my personal calender was completely packed with other doctors appts,5 kids etc.. When I finally got in to fulfill one of my appts. Due to traffic and getting kids to school I pulled up 7 Mins late. The rec told me not to sign in just have a seat and she will tell them I am here. The lady calls me back 15 Mins later (I sat in waiting room) She proceeds to tell me that she will not do test because she doesn't have time now. I drove over an hr and changed my other appts to accommodate them and she can't do my procedure because I am late. I said I arrived here 7 Mins after and she looks at rec and says when did she sign in. Rec says 15 16 17 Mins Maybe after. 😡 I didn't even sign in !!!! It's a shame these woman in This office are so lazy, self centered and unprofessional because I loved the doctor. He needs to hire people that have the same love for the profession and people that he does.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
