I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. We had what seemed to be minor and she did everything she could to make sure it was nothing else. She was great!!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
