They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Dr. Hinton is nice, but he has by far the worst staff in the history of medical practice. Don't waste your time trying to call his nurse. You will never get a hold of her and she will never call you back. Here is just a very short list of how horrible they are: 1) They never sent in my medical examination report to the state's Driver's License division. Therefore, I've been driving with a suspended license now for almost two years. The only way I found out was by getting pulled over due to one of my back tail lights not working, which turned into a suspended license ticket and the office kept my license. I've called and driven to the doctor's office to have them fax in the form, but it has now been 3 weeks and they still haven't done anything. Therefore, I'm still driving illegally all because of Dr. Hinton's staff. 2) My insurance requires a physician's prior authorization(PA) before paying for brand prescriptions. I called Dr. Hinton's office to ask they call or fax my insurance company to let them know I must take brand. They never called or faxed my insurance company even when I ran out of my current meds. Because of this I had to pay full price for my meds, which is $750 a month. I ended up having to drive to the office (52 miles one way) and set there until I finally got an answer and until I finally received confirmation from my insurance company.
3) The final straw was when they changed my medication. After just the fourth day on the new meds (Keppra) I started having seizures again, started having suicidal thoughts, and was always dizzy. I called Dr. Hinton's office who knows how many times and never received a called back even though I clearly stated the meds weren't working and I'm having suicidal thoughts. I ended up just having to get another doctor before something bad happened. This clearly shows his staff doesn't care about the patients. Dr Hinton is very nice so I have reason to believe he might not know what all is or better yet isn't, going on at his office. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Yes, I had to wait forever.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
