They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Dr Demain was carefully treating me with my individual health history. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and willingness to try something a little different than the average.
