Upon entering Dr. Yepremian's office I was immediately impressed with the light, bright and very pleasing decor. She and her staff are very friendly and seem to go out of their way to accommodate your needs and wants. (Have you ever before been offered a cup of coffee or cappuccino in another doctor's office?) I felt no pressure to purchase any procedure or product, but was pleased to have available procedures and products fully explained to me.
Though blessed with good genes, at age 65 I need some help. After some procedures that were quick and with minimal or no discomfort at all I saw an improvement in my appearance almost immediately if not within a day or two. Though 99% of my friends simply say I look great, my manicurist who has viewed my face from across a small table every week for the past few years was able to be a little more specific and even more complimentary.
I will definitely go back as needed, and trust that I will receive reliable advice on what will do the most to keep me looking young.
I am "60 something" and until recently I was looking pretty haggard. I never thought I could afford to have any procedures done on my face, but thanks to the recommendation of a friend, I found that Luce Sana Medi Spa was having a sale on Botox treatments. I found that I could not only afford Botox, but I had a very large brown (age) spot removed.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They eased away any apprehensions I may have had. The spa was very clean, with a wonderfully calm and relaxing atmosphere.
I will not hesitate to have any future procedures done at Luce Sana Med Spa.
I received an email from a friend of a friend for this place. They we're advertising Botox and Jevederm specials. Since I trusted my friend, I decided to check this place out. My initial reactions to the office was, cute. The young girl at the front desk was friendly, but couldn't answer ANY questions for me regarding the products, lasers, etc. When I was greated by the spa director, an older lady, that looked a little "over done," if you know what I mean. Brought me to the treatment room, and tried to "sell" me on other services. She talked the WHOLE TIME and even spoke about other patients to me. Not only was it unprofessional, I believe it's also against the law, if I'm not mistaken. I found out, the doctor was on leave, but I was getting a special, better person. To my surprise, this substitute nurse, was one of the best botox jobs, I've had.(So I can only vouce for her, not dr.Y) The mood of the office seemed grim and not a happy place. So, overall, not impressed. When office's advertise SPECIALS to get you in the door, there's probably a reason...
