Finally, someone who makes sense of weight loss and explains how to be successful without pills, fancy exercise gadgets, or bad tasting food. I recommend you go see for yourself. After seeing Dr. Emery on Fox news I called and set up a complimentary consultation. It could not have been easier. It is not a diet but rather a lifestyle of healthy eating and physical activity that produces a trim and toned body. Definitely worth it!
