The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Also, Joanne needs to listen better. She was great when I saw her elsewhere, but now she seems checked out. She didn't listen and just did what she thougth I should I have, not what I wanted.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
