They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I felt a lot safer and more comfortable when they gave me detailed, written information about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first. I wasn't worried at all going into surgery. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
