Dr. Daily and her staff are very friendly and treat you with special care and kindness the minute you walk in the door. They truly appreciate your business and want to help you with your health issues. All the staff goes out of their way to assist you. Their office and examining rooms are very nice and comfortable. This provider is the best I've found in Wilmington. She is my favorite doctor. She does not overbook her patients so you know you are not going to have to wait for your appointment. They are always so organized and have the examination process down to a science. They have all the necessary supplies laid out and chose the most comfortable ones for me. Dr. Daily never rushes an examination. She makes you feel at ease and very comfortable. I was relieved that my OBGYN also takes the time to ask other health questions and concerns. She is very interested in me as a patient which is rare in Wilmington. I am not a number to her. If you have an insurance claim issue, her staff is wonderful in supporting and backing you to get help in resolving your claim. It is important to be responsible for making your appointments as she does have a policy to charge patients if you miss your appointment. Once you meet her, you will appreciate why she does this in keeping your costs down by giving you her utmost attention during visits. Those missed appointments only hurt the rest of her patients who she cares so much about. Dr. Celine Daily is the best and her staff is just as wonderful. Having been a patient for over 6 years, I have never had a bad experience from making an appointment, calling on an insurance issue, needing a prescription, or having an annual examination. One of the best doctor's I have ever had.

This provider was terrible. I tried the Nuvaring, and it did not agree with me. It was hard to remember when to put it in and take it out. When I tried to contact them about going back on the pill, I was told they would review my chart and call back. They never called back that day, and when I called again, since it was a simple whether I need to come in again or just call in a prescription for a new pill the next day, I was told that they were in with a patient and would call me once they had the information. I still do not have an answer to very simple question. They made me feel like I was a pest and I very much regret ever going there in the first place.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After reading a few reviews about Azelea, I found out that I am not the only person with this problem. They try to charge you for missed appointments that you never scheduled!

After my last doctors visit a few months ago I was told that I needed to come back in 4-6 months for a checkup. They wanted me to go ahead and schedule my 6 month appointment but I told them that I didn't want to schedule something so far away when I didn't know what I would be doing in 6 months. They told me that that was fine and I could schedule the appointment myself when the time came. Fast forward to now. I received a missed call from them one afternoon but they didn't leave a voicemail. I figured it was them reminding me to schedule my appointment. Nope. Come the next week they called me to tell me that I missed an appointment and that I needed to pay a $35 penalty fee. They said they called to remind me last week, which is why I had a missed call.

I've talked to so many people from their office about this and still they will not remove the charge and have been most unhelpful and rude. They told me that they have it in their system that they called to remind me, but they never left a voicemail! I've read other reviews for this business and I am not the only one that has had this problem, which only makes me event more upset.

I think that it is silly that they would rather lose me as a patient than rightfully remove that $35 fee because they messed up, but if that is what they want then that is what they will get. Refusing to admit when you are wrong is not a good business tactic.
