I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
