They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I had no fears about their equipment. Everything was well taken care of and current. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
